How do pre orders work?

Pre orders allow the seller to build up additional stock based on demand. Once the product reaches the indicated release date in the description, the product will then ship out within 3 days.

When will my item ship and I will receive it?

Pre orders will ship within 3 days of the release date.

Other items usually ship within 3 days of purchase.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method regarding package size. You will get an email when your order ships, with tracking information.

How is shipping cost determined?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on your address and chosen shipping method. Prices are marked up slightly to cover shipping materials and handling.

I live in [Arizona]. Why was I charged sales tax?

The store operates out of Arizona, so by law Arizona residents must pay sales tax.

If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays

Many countries have a duty tax and customs fee, these are not included in the stores shipping fee. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. We cannot and will not falsely report on an item’s value to help you avoid these fees.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied, call or email us to arrange a return within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Information you provide to The Store through the ordering process will ONLY be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues.
